1. Wake up at 6:00 AM:-

After waking up, drink 2 to 3 glasses of copper-charged water. Every night before sleeping store the water in a copper jug, then as soon as you wake up drink this water slowly sip by sip. You can drink this water warm or else at room temperature.

To heat it, place the jug as it is over the flame since it has plain water heating the copper jug won’t be any problem. Don’t transfer the copper jug water to any other metal container.
Benefits of drinking copper-charged water: Promote fat loss, boost immunity, and better digestion. After finishing it, start doing yoga in a calm place.

2. Morning snack at 7:30 AM:-
Everyone will have a banana in their home. simply take one ripe banana cut it into pieces and sprinkle some black pepper powder on it. Eating bananas early in the morning cuts the fat from the body.

3. Breakfast at 9:00 AM:-

For breakfast, Eat two besan chillas with some curd. This is high in protein, rich in complex carbohydrates and it is a well-balanced diet. This dish is very healthy and tasty.

preparation:
In a bowl add 1 cup of besan flour, 1 tsp of rock salt, and add little water to make a batter. Now add some tomatoes, onions, ginger, spinach, turmeric powder, and black pepper and give it a good mix. Take a pan, add olive or mustard oil, and spread the 2 to 3 spoons of batter over it. cook both the sides, and serve it hot with curd.
Have a glass of water in between every one hour.

4. Snack at noon(12:00 PM):-
Eat one orange or any other seasonal fruit, but do not combine different kinds of fruits. orange is a citrus fruit that is rich in vitamin C, it is not recommended to eat more than one fruit because we are keeping the snack very simple and healthy.

5. Lunch at 1:00 PM:-

For lunch, have 1 cup of semi-brown rice with the curries like chickpeas, black channa masala, or green leafy vegetables, along with it have one glass of buttermilk. Try to avoid white rice because it contains very few nutritional values when compared to brown rice. Make sure that curry should be more quantity.
when you intake buttermilk after lunch, it cools down the body, improves digestion, and helps to lose fat.

6. Evening snack at 5:00 PM:-
Simply soak 4 almonds, 2 figs, and 2 walnuts in the morning, peeling the almond’s skin for better absorption. If you want to have some drink, try this Ayurvedic tea instead of tea or coffee. Take a pan to add water, and ginger and let it boil. After that strain out the water, and add 1 tsp of lemon juice, honey, and mint leaves to it.
Benefits: It gives a warming effect, gives energy, and helps to detox the body.

7. Dinner at 7:00 PM:-

Having dinner so early sounds a bit odd, but according to Ayurveda, our digestive system will work at its peak around sunset. Even modern science is proving that our bodies ability to digest food weakens after sunset. so that, it becomes easy to lose weight when you have dinner around sunset.
Eat two multigrain chapati’s with dal curry, along with it have mixed veg curry or you can have your favorite curry but make sure that you eat healthily.

8. Before sleep:-
Have a glass of warm milk at least before 30 minutes of your sleep, you can have turmeric milk or Elachi milk. To make it, add Elachi to one glass of milk and let it boil. For turmeric milk, take a pan add 1 glass of milk, turmeric powder, and black pepper, and boil it. It is very simple and healthy.
Benefits: Helps in better sleep, strong bones, and better digestion.
